Fetching a FieldGroup

FieldGroups can be fetched when the following is true:
- The collection exists.
- The current user is permitted to see the FieldGroup.

Fetching DataOwners for a FieldGroup

Prior to calling this endpoint: Locate the proper Id for the FieldValue TBD:use FieldValueAccessId Instead? you are interested in by calling Fetch Field Values. DataOwners are subject to filtering as the current user may lack the proper privileges to see FieldValues of certain DataOwners, thus a DataOwner is only visible when he/she has submitted answers the current user is allowed to see.

Fetch FieldValues

This operation returns an ordered result.

Note: An existing FieldGroup may have zero FieldValues, either due to:

lacking permissions for the current user, or
because no answers have been added yet

Fetch FieldValues as csv

This operation returns a flattened dataset suitable for csv output. The user may format the output with provided properties
